My name is Angela Ungren and I am an award winning artist from Jacksonville, North Carolina. I am mostly Self taught with the Exception of a few Art lessons from my Aunt Catherine Gill. I am a member of the CFAI And Daily Painters of North Carolina. As well as an international portrait artist. My Blog is dedicated to improving and strengthening my skills as an artist. Also Art is a great way to remember daily events in your life. When you look at the art you created you remember what was happening in your life when you created it. My artwork is my Legacy, I take it seriously as it is a part of me. It will outlast me in the end. I am consistently striving to Improve, Experimenting with colors and trying new styles. I have been a hand selected Artist at the Swansboro Arts by the Sea juried Event, as well as interviewed by the Swansboro Tideland Newspaper to be featured in an article about my work. I am also the Mother to 3 Wonderful Kids, Lexi, Caitlynn, and My new Blessing, Baby Gavin. If you look close at my profile Picture you can see a tiny hand by my neck. I am also the Wife to a U.S. Marine. We have been together enjoying this lifestyle for going on 13 years.
